Mediatek Dimensity 7200

联发科技 Dimensity 7200-Ultra 于 2023 年第一季度推出,是一款基于 ARM 的 SoC(片上系统),采用台积电 4 纳米工艺制造。它专为Android 智能手机设计,性能定位中端。联发科 Dimensity 7200-Ultra 的直接竞争对手是 高通骁龙 7 代 1.

联发科处理器共有八个内核,分为两个集群。第一组包含 2 个 ARM Cortex-A715 性能内核,工作频率高达 2.8 GHz。第二个集群包含 6 个 ARM Cortex-A510 节能内核,频率为 2 GHz。内存可使用 LPDDR5 RAM,内置内存支持 UFS 3.1。

联发科 Dimensity 7200-Ultra 支持当前所有移动通信标准,包括双 5G SA,理论峰值下载速度高达 4.7 GBit/s。此外,还支持 WiFi 6E 和蓝牙 5.3。

Mediatek Dimensity 7200-Ultra 是 Mediatek Dimensity 7200 的一个变体,与 Mediatek Dimensity 7200 完全相同,是专门为小米手机设计的,其特点是改进了相机 ISP。Imagiq 765 图像处理器和 14 位 HDR ISP 负责处理相机数据,可控制分辨率高达 200 MP 的相机。视频录制最高支持 4K 30 fps。

集成图形单元 Arm Mali-G610 MC4支持分辨率为 FullHD+、刷新率高达 144 Hz 的显示器。
