Mediatek Dimensity 7400X

联发科 Dimensity 7400X 是一款基于 ARM 的中端 SoC,适用于(主要基于Android 的)智能手机。集成的中央处理器分为两个集群,一个集群有四个较大的 ARM Cortex-A78 内核,主频高达 2.6 GHz,另一个集群有四个 ARM Cortex-A55 内核,主频高达 2 GHz。

与 Dimensity 7400 相比,7400X 专为多显示屏(可折叠)而设计。与 联发科技 Dimensity 7300X只有时钟频率略有提高,其他规格基本相同。除了集成 ARM Mali-G615 MC2 iGPU 外,7400X 还为人工智能任务提供了联发科 NPU 655。此外,还安装了 5G 多模调制解调器(2G - 5G),下载速度高达 3.27 Gbps。除 Wi-Fi 6E 外,还支持蓝牙 5.4。

芯片采用现代 4 纳米工艺制造。
