高通骁龙 8s Gen 4（SM8735Q）六核版是一款应用于高端智能手机和平板电脑的高端 SoC（系统级芯片）。该六核版本仅启用了SM8735 所拥有的 8 个核心中的 6 个。
这款 4 纳米芯片由三个核心群组成：第一核心群包含一个主核心（Cortex X4），最高运行频率为 3.2 GHz；第二核心群包含四个性能核心（Cortex A720），最高运行频率为 2.8 GHz。 能效集群则包含一个运行频率为2 GHz的节能核心（同样为Cortex A720）。
骁龙 8s Gen 4 支持最高 3.2 亿像素的摄像头分辨率，或同时使用三颗 3600 万像素摄像头。视频录制最高支持 4K 分辨率、60 帧每秒，包括杜比视界（Dolby Vision）和 HDR10+ 格式。
集成的骁龙X75调制解调器可实现最高5 Gbit/s的下载速度和最高3.5 Gbit/s的上传速度。 该调制解调器还支持全球所有公认的5G频段。高通FastConnect 7800负责本地通信，支持蓝牙5.4（含LE Audio）和Wi-Fi 7等功能。
该SoC由台积电采用4纳米工艺制造。
