英特尔新推出的 Panther Lake 移动处理器配备了新的集成显卡,有望大幅提升性能。我们已经测试了新的 英特尔酷睿至强 X9 388HArc B390 显卡的性能和效率进行了详细测试。

我们对酷睿 Ultra X9 388H 的 CPU 部分进行了单独测试,测试结果令人信服。

英特尔 Arc B390 一览

新型 Arc B390 基于 Xe3 架构,因此是 Xe2 型号(如 Arc Graphics 140V的后继型号。 Arrow Lake 型号的 Arc Graphics 140T是基于更老的 Xe 架构。

现在,B390 的新 GPU 瓦提供了两倍的二级缓存(16 MB),两个渲染片各由六个 Xe 内核组成。

原则上,我们已经熟悉了超级采样、低延迟和帧生成等 XeSS 技术,但多帧生成(MFG)技术现已加入 XeSS 3。

与 Nvidia 类似,现在可以生成额外的中间图像以提高帧频。

目前可以通过驱动程序进行设置,在 2x(生成一个中间帧)、3x(生成两个中间帧)和 4x(生成三个中间帧)之间进行选择。

不过,并非所有新的 Panther Lake 处理器都配备了新的 B390,只有 Core Ultra X9 388H 和 Core Ultra X7 368H 才配备了新的 B390。 酷睿至尊 X7 368H酷睿至尊 X7 358H配备了这一 iGPU。

此外还有 Arc B370的 10 个 Xe 内核 酷睿至尊 5 338H.Panther Lake 系列的所有其他处理器都只配备了英特尔图形处理器,提供 4 个或 2 个 Xe 内核,因此速度应该明显较慢。一旦我们收到相应的标本,我们将在此添加结果以进行比较。

测试系统华硕 Zenbook Duo UX8407

我们拥有 华硕 Zenbook Duo UX8407作为测试系统,它采用了酷睿 X9 388H,我们已经对其进行了详细测试。该处理器配备 32 GB LPDDR5x-9600 高速内存,功耗限制为 64 W/46 W。

GPU 驱动程序版本为 32.0.101.8362,最大 GPU 时钟频率为 2.5 GHz。

测试条件

为了在不同显卡之间进行有意义的比较,我们除了在合成基准测试中考察纯性能外,还考察了功耗,然后根据功耗确定效率。

功耗测量始终在外部显示器上进行,以消除不同内部显示器的影响因素。不过,我们在此测量的是系统的整体功耗,而不仅仅是比较纯粹的 TGP 值。

图形处理器性能

我们检查了 Zenbook Duo 中 GT 内核的功耗,新的 Arc B390 需要约 38-40 W 的最大性能功耗,相当于约 52 W 的总封装功耗。Arc Graphics 140T 的最大功耗约为 32 W。

在合成基准测试中的表现非常出色。与 Arc Graphics 140T/140V 的最快版本相比,我们发现 Arc B390 的优势在 60-80% 之间,具体取决于基准测试。

与当前的 AMD Zen 5 iGPU(如 Radeon 890M相比,B390 的性能几乎翻了一番。AMD 的 Strix Halo iGPU,如 Radeon 8050SRadeon 8060S速度明显更快,但功耗也明显更高。

较慢版本的 NvidiaGeForce RTX 4050 笔记本电脑 GPUB390 的功耗范围内--例如,您需要的是具有 90 W TGP 的快速版本,如 联想 IdeaPad Pro 5,才会有明显的优势。处理器 Adreno X1-85骁龙 X 处理器的 iGPU 则远远落后。

与Apple 的 GPU 相比,新的 M5 GPU明显落后。总的来说,Arc B390 与较小的 16 核的 M4 Pro GPU更快的 20 核版本仍处于领先地位。

更低功耗限制下的图形性能

如前所述,新款 Arc B390 需要约 38-40 瓦(相当于约 52 瓦的封装功率)才能实现全部性能。

然而,许多轻薄笔记本电脑或手持设备都无法达到这一要求,因此我们还考察了较低功率限制下的性能。为此,我们使用免费的 ThrottleStop 工具将封装功率限制在 20 W、28 W、35 W 和 45 W。

在所有测试值下,Arc B390 的性能都非常出色,即使在 20 W 的情况下,其性能仍然优于 Arc Graphics 140T/140V 的最快版本。

对于游戏手持设备来说,20-28 W 的功率范围尤其令人兴奋,与以前采用英特尔或 AMD 芯片的型号相比,B390 的优势非常明显。

效率

为了确定效率,我们在外部显示器上测量了《赛博朋克2077》的功耗。与 Arc Graphics 140T 相比,你可以立即看到效率有所提高,但两款 Lunar Lake Arc Graphics 130VArc Graphics 140ViGPU 在这方面不相上下。

与 AMD 相比,Radeon 890M 等小型 iGPU 的性能明显较弱,但两款 Strix Halo GPU 的性能也不相上下。

如果我们看看 Nvidia GPU,B390 就不得不让出一些位置。60 瓦的 RTX 4050 笔记本电脑 GPU 在效率方面不相上下,但较新的 RTX 5050 笔记本电脑RTX 5070 笔记本电脑型号的 TGP 为 60-75 瓦,表现甚至更好。

结论英特尔 Arc B390 是一款令人印象深刻的 iGPU

凭借新的 Arc B390,英特尔明显提高了集成 GPU 的性能水平,尤其是功耗限制在 25-45 W 之间的超薄设备将从新的 Panther Lake 处理器中获益匪浅。

与之前的 Arc Graphics 140T/140V iGPU 相比,性能优势约为 70%。与 AMD Zen 5 中较小的 Radeon 800 系列 iGPU 相比,优势也相当大(50-80% 之间,取决于基准)。

虽然 Strix Halo GPU 的速度更快(但效率并不更高),但其运行功耗限制更高。市场上只有少数几种相应的设备,价格也相当昂贵。

此外,新的 Arc B390 即使在较低的功率限制下也能很好地扩展,因此非常适合通常在 20-30 W 范围内运行的手持设备。这就是新的多帧生成功能发挥作用的地方,它可以显著提高性能,即使是要求很高的游戏,如《刺客信条暗影》,也可以在低 TDP 值下以超过 60 帧/秒的速度运行。如果你只想在低功耗模式下玩游戏,将风扇噪音降到最低,这项功能也能派上用场。

不过,快弧 B390 仅限于酷睿至尊 X9 和酷睿至尊 X7,这两款处理器只能使用焊接内存。其他 Panther Lake 处理器也可与最大 128 GB 的普通 SO-DIMM 模块组合使用,但必须与速度明显较慢的英特尔图形处理器(2 或 4 Xe 内核)竞争。

新的 Panther Lake 芯片在我们的 CPU 测试中取得了不错的成绩,再加上快速的 iGPU,很可能是 2026 年 Windows 笔记本电脑的最佳移动处理器。AppleM5 Pro 芯片肯定会带来不错的结果,在性能方面明显优于 Panther Lake,但这些芯片只在 MacBook 中使用。

即将推出的骁龙 X2 处理器能否跟上新的 Arc B390,尤其是在图形性能方面,还是个问题,因为无论如何,迄今为止 GPU 性能一直是第一代 Adreno GPU 的弱项。
