Mediatek Dimensity 1200

联发科Dimensity 1200是一个集成5G调制解调器的高端SoC。它包括三个CPU集群。一个快速的ARM Cortex-A78,频率高达3GHz,具有2倍的二级缓存,另外3个A78,频率高达2.6GHz,为了提高能效,四个ARM Cortex-A55内核,频率高达2GHz。

此外,该芯片还集成了一个9核ARM Mali-G77 MC9 GPU,一个Wi-fi 6调制解调器(ax),一个LPDDR4x内存控制器(高达5266Mbps),一个AI处理单元(APU 3.0,有6个内核)和视频de-和编码(包括AV1)。

该芯片采用现代7纳米工艺制造,应该非常省电。
