HiSilicon Kirin 990 5G

海思麒麟990 5G是面向智能手机和平板电脑的基于ARM的高端八核SoC,于2019年底与华为Mate 30 Pro一同推出。它在三个集群中集成了八个CPU内核。性能集群包含两个频率高达2.86 GHz的Cortex-A76内核,平衡集群也包含两个频率高达2.36 GHz的Cortex-A76内核,最后,节能集群包含四个频率高达1.95的小型ARM Cortex-A55内核GHz。此外,SoC集成了用于AI任务的神经处理器(2 + 1核)和可在高达700 MHz的频率下自动对焦的ARM Mali-G76 MP16 GPU。与4G版本相比,5G Kirin 990集成了Balong 5G调制解调器,并且频率略高(3个集群中的2个和GPU)。

麒麟990 5G是在台积电(TSMC)上以现代7纳米工艺(带有E​​UV的7FF +)生产的,而4G版本仍与麒麟980相比采用稍旧的7纳米工艺生产。
