Mediatek Dimensity 700

Mediatek Dimensity 700是内置5G调制解调器的高速中端SoC。 最高2.2GHz的2个高速ARM Cortex-A76核心和最高2GHz的6个高能效Cortex-A55核心(Octa-Core with Heiqual Multi-Processing)。 与类似的Dimensity 800U相比,700具有低时钟CPU核心(-200MHz)和低GPU(1个核心)。

此外,芯片集成了双核 ARM马里-G57MC2GPU、Wi-Fi 5调制解调器、LPDR4x-2133存储器控制器、AI处理器 (APU 3.0)和视频解码和编码。

Dimensity 700采用现代7纳米工艺制造,能效非常高。
