80% Motorola Razr 60 review: Style with some substance
Source: Expert Reviews English EN→zh-CN
So to tally up, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE is the superior phone for performance, gaming, software support and video recording. If those are your main criteria, it’s worth spending the extra £50 – or £110 if you want the same 256GB of storage that you get here. Even with those factors in mind, however, I can’t say that the Galaxy is the better flip phone overall. It’s too drab and restrictive. Motorola will always have the edge when it comes to the cover displays and the efforts to make the Razr 60 a unique-looking phone that stands out have paid off. Flip phones are an inherently fun concept, and Motorola understands that. While it veers dangerously close to being all sizzle with no steak, the Razr 60 offers some substance, with improved battery life, the addition of some dust resistance to the build and solid (if familiar) cameras. I still prefer the Razr 60 Ultra and Galaxy Z Flip 7 overall but, in the battle of the entry-level flip phones, the Razr 60 is my pick.

77% Motorola Razr 60 review: A tougher mid-range flip phone
Source: Gadgetguy English EN→zh-CN
The cheapest 2025 folding flip phone you can get in Australia, the Motorola Razr 60 is a fun device that comfortably fits in your pocket. You have to make peace with some compromises – no telephoto lens, and a comparatively weaker processor – but you still get all the convenience of a modern flip phone. Its impressive longer-lasting battery is a highlight, as is its sturdier build quality, making the Motorola Razr 60 a decent mid-range foldable.

80% Motorola Razr (2025) review: Still the budget foldable phone to beat
Source: Tom's Guide English EN→zh-CN
Like its predecessors, the Motorola Razr (2025) remains the best foldable phone for anyone on a budget. Performance and camera trade-offs aren't that big, but the difference in price from more fully-featured flip phones certainly is. And features like Moto AI capabilities, a bright display and a long-lasting battery deliver real value.

The Motorola Razr 2025 doesn’t just keep the flip phone dream alive, it sort of reshapes it into something far more practical, personal, and frankly, more fun than I expected. It’s not trying to compete spec-for-spec with the latest flagships, and it doesn’t need to. What it does instead is remind us that phones can be tools, accessories, and little moments of delight all wrapped into one. Awarded to products with an average rating of 3.75 stars or higher, the AndroidGuys Smart Pick recognizes a balance of quality, performance, and value. It stands out in design, innovation, and user experience, delivering great functionality at a competitive price. In a world where slab phones all tend to blur together, this one dares to feel different.

Yes, Motorola's $1,300 Razr Ultra competes with the Galaxy Z Flip 7 (and not just in price)
Source: Zdnet.com English EN→zh-CN
The Motorola Razr (2025) is currently on sale for $700 on the company's official website. In addition to Spring Bud, other colors include PANTONE Gibraltar Sea (blue), Parfait Pink, and Lightest Sky (silver). It is a great alternative to high-end foldables like Galaxy Z Flip 6, delivering an engaging user experience without breaking the bank. However, if you want a high-end phone, the company also launched the Motorola Razr Ultra. It's similar to the base Razr, albeit with better hardware, from the camera to the stylish colors.

80% Motorola Razr 60 review: A crowd-pleasing foldable phone
Source: The Indian Express English EN→zh-CN
I have been a fan of the Razr line for a while now, and the new Razr 60 is an interesting device. It’s refreshing to see a flip-style foldable phone priced at Rs 50,000 without cutting too many corners. At the same time, the distinctive look is exactly what I want from an everyday foldable phone. Suddenly, I feel more confident about foldable smartphones and hopeful about the future of this category.

Motorola Razr 2025 Review: Bon Marché

Coming off two weeks of smartphone detox, I knew I wanted to ease back into the always-connected "Staying Mobile" lifestyle gently. So I decided to review a phone that still offered a little friction – one we’re all familiar with because it’s almost the exact same phone as last year. And because that could have been frightfully dull … I decided to review it in Paris. I’m MrMobile and I spent a week at VivaTech on the Motorola Razr 2025!

80% Motorola Razr 2025/Razr 60 review
Source: GSM Arena English EN→zh-CN
The Razr 2024/Razr 50 brought some meaningful upgrades to the vanilla Razr last year, but the 2025 models seem to be incrementing on the model name, more than anything else. What was good about 2024 handsets is also good on the new models - the near-creaseless internal display, the large and functional cover panel, and the Moto software are all at least as good as the competition, but in many ways better. But what wasn't great on the 2024/50 hasn't gotten any better on the 2025/60 and that's rubbing us the wrong way. The chipset was underpowered last year, and it's not gotten any more powerful this year. The camera processing isn't quite up to scratch either, and it's not been improved in any meaningful way. And for some reason, we've gotten worse battery life out of the new model, despite the increase in capacity.

80% Motorola Razr (2025) review: An awesome phone at a great price
Source: BGR English EN→zh-CN
The 2025 Motorola Razr is an awesome flip-style foldable that gets a lot of things right, especially for a device in this price range. It has a sleek design with solid build quality, a decent camera, and great battery life. Its performance isn’t top-tier, but it’s about on par with other mid-range phones, except for devices like the iPhone SE and the Google Pixel 9a. If you’re looking for a flip phone that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, the Motorola Razr is the way to go. There’s plenty of competition in this price range, but the best device for you depends on whether you want a flip phone or are content with a slab phone. If you’re happy with a slab phone, then there are plenty of great options, and it’s not hard to find a Galaxy S25 or Pixel 9 for around that price.

61% Motorola Razr 2025 Review: The budget foldable that cuts a few corners
Source: Phone Arena English EN→zh-CN
The Motorola Razr (2025) is a phone that delivers immense value. At $700 for the only available version with 8GB RAM and 256GB of memory, the Razr is definitely the phone to consider if you're on a tight budget. To achieve such a price tag, some corners had to be cut. Well, the main weaknesses here are the overall performance of the phone's MediaTek chip and slow storage and memory. The camera quality also fails to make a particularly strong statement, both in still photography and video-recording. The battery life is okay, but won't "wow" you, that's for sure. On the up-side, the phone has two beautiful and functional screens that can get very bright. The design is certainly a highlight, and so is the friendly interface with fairly useful AI features. It's a phone that can surprise you if you come in with adequately toned expectations. Overall, it's a foldable phone for those who aren't really concerned about having the best specs around.

70% The Foldable Moto Razr 2025 Is Easy on the Eyes and Wallet
Source: How to Geek English EN→zh-CN
At $699.99, the Razr 2025 offers great value if you’re looking to just get your foot in the door on wearables. You're getting a phone that looks great, folds satisfyingly, and boasts a surprisingly useful outer display for quick tasks. It’s certainly not perfect, and you’ll definitely notice the compromises made to reach that attractive price point, particularly when it comes to raw performance and camera consistency. Ultimately, whether you should buy the Razr 2025 depends on your priorities. If you're looking for a top-tier performer that can juggle heavy-duty tasks with ease and capture award-winning photos in any lighting, you'll likely want to consider one of its pricier siblings. The software stability issues and shorter update lifespan are considerations that might make you want to lean toward a different brand, such as Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 6.

Source: Digital Trends English EN→zh-CN
If you’ve been considering a shift to a folding phone and have been hesitant to hit the buy button, the Razr 2025 might be the phone to convince you. It’s a mid-range phone that punches considerably higher. It offers the premium experience you want from a folding phone without breaking the bank. If you’re expecting the best folding phone, the Razr 2025 isn’t for you, but if you want the best bang for your buck foldable, look no further than the Razr 2025. It offers 80% of the experience at 55% of the price of the Ultra, and if you can look past its imperfections, it’s the best flip phone for most people.

90% The Motorola Razr 2025 is the folding phone I’ve been waiting for
Source: Android Police English EN→zh-CN
With Motorola's improvements, I think it’s time more people tried out a Razr. Durability is less of a concern than in previous years, and the Razr 2025 is the most well-rounded folding device I’ve used, especially considering it’s only $700. Like other Moto phones, the Razr is already lined up to receive carrier discounts, making it even easier for people to try one. Sure, you pay a premium for midrange specs, but flip phones are about style and fun, and you could do a lot worse than the Motorola Razr 2025.

80% I switched to the Motorola Razr 2025, and it's a foldable for everyone
Source: Android Central English EN→zh-CN
There are more than a few reasons to stop and think about whether the Motorola Razr 2025's compromises are worth it. Motorola's sketchy track record with software updates concerns me, and the three-year OS update promise falls short of modern expectations. Moto AI might not be as secure as you'd like, and the cover screen is less capable than the one you'll find on a Plus or Ultra model. When all is said and done, I think all these points are forgivable when you consider the Razr 2025's affordable price of entry. Paying $700 or less for a phone sure to last you at least four years is a pretty solid deal. Even if you have the money to spend on a more expensive phone, the Razr 2025 finds a value sweet spot. None of the missing features from the Plus 2025 or Ultra 2025 variants significantly hamper the experience. If I had carte blanche to choose a clamshell foldable, I'd choose the Motorola Razr 2025 because of its stellar price-to-performance ratio.

70% Motorola Razr (2025) Review: A Flip Phone That Doesn't Break the Bank
Source: PC Mag English EN→zh-CN
The 2025 Motorola Razr captures the essence of the company’s flip phone experience for hundreds of dollars less than competing models. It's fun to use, easy to pocket, and the external display is surprisingly versatile. That said, Motorola cuts corners when it comes to camera quality and performance, and you can do much better in both regards with a similarly priced slab phone like the Galaxy S25 or the Pixel 9a. The Razr is perfectly fine for undemanding users, but if you want a flip phone that does it all, you'll have to spend much more on the Galaxy Z Flip 6, Razr+, or Razr Ultra.

82% Motorola Razr 2025 Review: It's Got the Look
Source: CNet English EN→zh-CN
The $700 Motorola Razr easily gets by on its looks and its novelty factor. With bold Pantone colors, improved durability and the convenience of being able to use its cover screen for quick tasks, this edition of the Razr will be great for essential tasks. Plus its camera can capture a lot of detail in most lighting environments and Moto AI's photo processing can lend an assist in more challenging lowlight locations. But by putting style first, this Razr does fall short against comparably priced phones when it comes to processing power and even shorter in software longevity. The Razr simply won't be for you if you value these elements of a brand-new phone, and you'd be better off with the $499 Google Pixel 9A or the $650 Samsung Galaxy S24 FE. However, the Razr is undeniably fun to use, and its $700 price is the lowest currently available for a brand-new flip-style foldable phone in the US. So if it's that style and flexibility you're after most, it's then easy to recommend the Razr as a way to get it.
