评测结论——ThinkPad T14s 第7代缩小了与X1 Carbon的差距
联想新款ThinkPad T14s第7代相比前代产品有所提升,与旗舰机型ThinkPad X1 Carbon的差距进一步缩小。虽然得益于散热系统的改进,其性能仅比之前略有提升,但机身更轻,电池续航时间更长。 无论是AMD版还是Intel版,性能表现都基本持平。键盘手感依然不错(尽管还有提升空间),接口数量也相当丰富,右侧新增了一个USB-C接口,因此现在可以从两侧为T14s充电。
风扇噪音非常小,在工作负载较轻时通常会自动关闭,这比上一代机型有了明显的改进。这款支持全sRGB色域的哑光IPS触控屏提供了不错的画质,校准后甚至可以用于图片编辑。虽然刷新率限制在60 Hz,但对于日常办公任务来说已经足够。 此外,若您追求更佳的画质,联想还提供一款哑光120Hz 2.8K OLED面板(但功耗可能更高)。扬声器也得到了升级,因此尽管内存仍为焊接式,但整体配置依然非常出色。
最后是价格问题,新款机型相比去年贵了不少,起售价已超过2000美元。我们选定的这款配备64 GB内存的机型目前尚无法配置,但预计其价格肯定会远超3000美元。

机箱、连接性和输入设备
联想对ThinkPad T14s第7代的机身进行了彻底重新设计,新款机型如今更轻,因此几乎可以与 ThinkPad X1 Carbon的强劲对手。不过,虽然T14s的起始重量约为1.1公斤,但我们测试的这款AMD版本实测重量为1.193公斤,因此其重量优势“仅”为100克。 屏幕盖采用碳纤维混合材料制成,底座则由铝合金打造。机身稳定性良好,扭动底座时仅有轻微的弯曲,但不会发出吱吱声。屏幕盖也相当柔韧,但我们未能引发画面失真。 不过,铰链(最大开合角度180度)的调校并不完美,可见明显晃动,且在较小角度下屏幕会下垂。表面触感略显粗糙,但指纹残留问题并不严重。 内部组件的维护非常便捷,您可以清洁风扇、更换电池和 M.2-2280 SSD,以及安装 WWAN 模块(天线已预装),其余所有组件均为焊接固定。
连接性表现出色,配备三个 USB-C 接口(其中两个支持 Thunderbolt 4)、一个标准 USB-A 接口,以及 HDMI 接口和可选的智能卡读卡器。右侧新增的 USB-C 接口使得设备支持双侧充电。 Wi-Fi 7 模块可提供良好的传输速率,而 500 万像素网络摄像头(带遮光板和红外功能)也能拍摄出不错的图像。我们评测的这台设备支持 WWAN。
经过符号调整的键盘表现略有褒贬。它终于支持自动背光,键程仍为1.5毫米(G、H、B及FN键行除外,其键程为1.35毫米),但按键较为扁平,整体打字体验仍不及更大尺寸的 ThinkPad T16 Gen 5 。虽然依然非常舒适,但仍有提升空间。TrackPoint(带机械按键)和触控板均表现出色,点击声也不算太大。电容式触摸屏仅支持手指输入(不支持触控笔)。

我们使用专业CalMAN软件进行的分析显示,出厂时屏幕略带蓝调,但通过我们的校准即可解决(校准配置文件可从下方框中免费下载),因此该屏幕同样适用于图片编辑。 亮度表现良好,平均约为 530 尼特,黑值 0.32 也相当不错,从而实现了约 1800:1 的良好最大对比度。如果您想要更好的屏幕,联想还提供一款支持 120 Hz 的哑光 OLED 版本。

处理器性能
该 AMD Ryzen AI 7 PRO 450 (Gorgon Point) 配备八个 Zen 5 核心(4 个 Zen 5 核心,4 个 Zen 5c 核心),与旧款 Ryzen AI 7 350 非常相似。其功耗最高可达 40 瓦,最终稳定在 25 瓦,因此与 我们此前评测过的第六代机型相比,性能更胜一筹。总体而言,其性能表现良好,完全能够满足大多数办公任务的需求。在电池供电模式下,CPU性能不会受到影响。
