英特尔赛扬N3060是用于笔记本电脑的低端双核处理器，在2015年4月发布。它的主频为1.6 - 2.48GHz，采用Braswell架构。由于新的14纳米低功耗制程（P1273）与三栅极晶体管技术，它的能效相比前代 Bay Trail产品（如赛扬N2840）显著提高。N3060是赛扬N3050的后续型号，它提供了更高的加速频率（2.48相比2.1 GHz）。
除了处理器内核，它的芯片中还包括了支持DirectX 11.2的显卡以及一个DDR3L内存控制器（2×64位，25.6 GB/s）。
架构
处理器核心基于Airmont架构，基本上只是基于以前的Silvermont芯片稍微修改的缩小版。它的单位时钟频率性能并未改进，不过更加高效的14纳米制程让它可以更好地利用处理器加速，提供更高的整体性能。
性能
根据处理器散热情况，2.48GHz的最高频率如果可以保持更长的时间的话，它将会比只能达到2.16GHz的赛扬N3050有明显的性能优势。使用Windows时，这款处理器足以满足日常任务如上网浏览或办公应用的需要，但面对要求较高的软件和最新游戏可能会举步维艰。
图形
英特尔高清显卡400（Braswell）基于Broadwell架构（英特尔第八代）支持DirectX 11.2，也用于其他Broadwell系列处理器（如高清显卡5300）。搭配12个EU，最高频率600MHz，这款显卡相比高清显卡（Bay Trail）几乎快了一倍，不过仍然不足以满足大型3D游戏的需要。该显卡还支持4K / H.265视频加速。虽然命名不同，这款处理器相比N3050并没有改变（除了显卡命名不同）。
