For the best performance and sound quality, you can't go wrong with the $200 HP Stream 11. And if you want to save some money and don't mind the simplicity of Chrome OS, the $179 Samsung Chromebook 3 is the way to go. No matter which system you choose, just avoid the $180 Dell Inspiron 14 3000.
