AMD Ryzen 9 6980HX

AMD Ryzen 9 6980HX是一款基于Rembrandt一代的大型（游戏）笔记本电脑的处理器。R9 6980HX集成了基于Zen 3+微架构的所有八个核心。它们的时钟频率为3.3（保证基本时钟）至5GHz（涡轮），并支持SMT/超线程（16个线程）。该芯片是在现代6纳米台积电工艺上制造的。名称中的 "X "表示该CPU的超频能力。

新的Zen 3+是对Zen 3架构的刷新，应该不会有很多变化。然而，芯片本身提供了很多新功能，如支持USB 4（40 Gbps）、PCI-E Gen 4、DDR5-4800MT/s或LPDDR5-6400MT/s、WiFi 6E、蓝牙LE 5.2、DisplayPort 2和AV1解码。

由于更高的提升时钟（+200 MHz），处理器的性能应该比旧的Ryzen 9 5980HX高一点。然而，具有14个核心的新Alder Lake移动CPU（如Core i9-12900HK）应该提供更高的多核心性能。

一个大的创新是集成GPU Radeon 680M，它现在基于RDNA2架构，提供12个CU，频率高达2.4GHz。它应该是公布时所有iGPU中最快的。

APU的TDP被指定为45瓦（默认），对于X系列可以配置得更高。由于改进的6纳米工艺和6000系列的额外省电功能，其电源效率应该非常好。
