外壳铝制惠普 EliteBook 重获新生
与旧版本相比 HP EliteBook 845 G11惠普对新款惠普EliteBook 8 G1a 14的机身设计进行了全面改造。惠普保留了银色铝合金和屏幕周围黑色塑料边框的基本配色方案,但也有一些重大变化:前角更加圆润,键盘现在是灰色而不是黑色,铰链现在只允许打开大约 170 度的角度,而不是 180 度。此外,惠普还在触控板前方增加了一个小凹槽,这样可以让用户更轻松地打开触控板。
铝制机身的质量无可挑剔。它不会轻易弯曲或扭曲,尤其是底座没有任何松动。当然,与镁合金或塑料相比,铝合金更容易凹陷,但金属的触感非常细腻。此外,银色的铝材完全不会留下任何指纹。说到机身,我们只有一个小小的批评:屏幕无法单手打开,而且确实有一点晃动。
新款惠普EliteBook笔记本电脑比旧款略轻,但差别不大,只有约20克。同样,尺寸差别也不大,与惠普EliteBook 845 G11相比,新款EliteBook 8的宽度略小,但深度和厚度略有增加。戴尔 戴尔 Pro 14 Premium和 联想 ThinkPad T14s 6 代都比惠普笔记本电脑更轻巧。
连接性USB-C 两侧充电
惠普精心更新了 EliteBook 系列的端口选择,用另一个 USB-C 端口取代了一个 USB-A 端口。优点现在可以从两侧为设备充电。不过,新的右侧 USB-C 端口并不能提供与左侧相同的功能,因为它缺少 Thunderbolt 4 功能。
RJ45 以太网接口并不在我们评测机型的套件中,而是作为可选功能提供。

HP EliteBook 8 G1a 14 中的联发科 Wi-Fi 网卡是一种现代的 Wi-Fi 7 解决方案,确保了 EliteBook 笔记本电脑的长期可行性。Wi-Fi 网速非常快,不过接收数据时的速度比发送数据时快。

如果把惠普 EliteBook 8 G1a 14 说成是一台吵闹的电脑,那就大错特错了。在日常使用中,该设备保持完全静音。不过,如果风扇开启,声音会很快变得明显--在平均负载下为 39.1 dB(a),明显高于许多竞争对手。至少,在最大负载情况下,该设备的噪音不会太大,42.4 分贝(a)的最大值也不是特别响亮。
