就和它的大尺寸版本一样，三星Galaxy Tab S 8.4的最大亮点在于它的屏幕。它宽阔的色域覆盖范围和准确的色彩还原让我们无可挑剔。另外，在户外使用中它也毫无问题。不喜欢绚丽色彩的OLED屏幕的用户可以选择基础模式让屏幕的色彩还原更加自然，而不需要放弃这项技术带来的超低黑值的优势。

这款平板电脑的性能很好，对于大多数用户来说都应该足够了。不过，它很难与现在的高端处理器相竞争。它主要在图形处理性能上有些欠缺。因此需要把平板作为游戏机的用户可能需要在最新游戏中选择低细节运行。

另外，Tab S 8.4的整体表现让人满意，也配备了所有常用的接口，LTE模组，和存储卡槽。只有NFC它没有提供支持。不喜欢这款设备的塑料机身的用户可以考虑选择在工艺上堪称里程碑的iPad mini。
