EN→zh-CNAlright, everyone, now we have come to the end of this review, and as I said in the beginning, the Xiaomi 15T Pro is the flagship Killer phone that Xiaomi needs in their Arsenal right now. It’s just the perfect performance-centric phone that competes well with all of the offerings in the premium midrange price segment. I know, the company has made some compromises in the battery, and there’s a little optimization issue in the cameras, but bugs can be fixed over time with updates, and the battery life is good enough, if not the best, which makes me think, a normal person can definitely put up with those compromises.

EN→zh-CNThe Xiaomi 15T Pro, announced in September 2025, positions itself as a premium flagship killer, offering top-tier performance and a stunning display. EN→zh-CNMany smartphone photographers have been catching on to Xiaomi's appeal, with its Leica camera pummelling the competition for the last couple of years. The Xiaomi 15T Pro offers the best opportunity yet for everyone else to get the greatest phone camera on the market for less than flagship price, and with classy handset design, great performance, big screen and good battery life, it's a mighty appealing one indeed.

EN→zh-CNThe Xiaomi 15T Pro is a capable, well-built device that punches above its price in many respects - performance, display, and camera quality among them. Yet, at roughly $900, it sits in an awkward middle ground: too expensive for the mid-range, but without the prestige or ecosystem of a full flagship. For those who want near-flagship quality without paying Apple or Samsung prices, and who don’t mind a heavier device, the 15T Pro is one of Xiaomi’s best-balanced offerings yet. For those looking to spend a bit less, there’s also the standard 15T (without the “Pro”), starting at around $600 and offering only slight differences from the Pro version. The 15T Pro stands out with a larger screen than most direct competitors and generous specs for its price.

EN→zh-CNThe Xiaomi 15T Pro is perhaps one of the cheapest flagship-level smartphones you can buy today, and even in our top-spec 1TB+12GB configuration it only costs RM3,499 (the 256GB version is only RM2,699, mind you). For that price you’re getting the level of camera quality, smartphone performance, and the craftsmanship that you likely won’t be getting anywhere else in this segment, so if you’re a big value seeker, this smartphone is simply hard to pass on.

EN→zh-CNThe Xiaomi 15T Pro has a lot going for it. With a sleek design, a great camera, and solid performance, there's really nothing bad about it. Sure, it doesn't quite compete with more expensive devices -– but it also shouldn't have to. At around 800 euros, there are other alternatives, but rest assured the Xiaomi 15T Pro is an excellent phone overall.

EN→zh-CNOverall, Xiaomi did a phenomenal job with its latest, the 15T Pro. I really liked the new design, solid camera system, bigger display, long-lasting battery life, and fantastic performance of the 15T Pro. So far, the device ticks almost all the important boxes, making it a great option for those who want a solid camera phone without breaking the bank. The only quibble is the software. If you are looking for an clean UI experience with longer software support, you may want to consider the Pixel 10, the OnePlus 13, or the Samsung Galaxy S25.

EN→zh-CNXiaomi 15T Pro turned out to be a very interesting smartphone that came close to the flagship models. It has a wonderful large screen with high brightness, a flagship processor, an excellent main and telephoto camera, long battery life, fast charging, high-quality sound, as well as a stylish metal body with protection against dirt and water. One of the problems of the smartphone is the price at the start of sales, which is close to the sub-flagships of more popular brands like the Samsung Galay S25 FE or Apple models of past years. And another complaint is the mediocre quality and lack of autofocus of the ultra-wide-angle camera.

EN→zh-CNThe Xiaomi 15T Pro is an impressive upper-midrange smartphone that puts photography at its core. Its improved 5x optical telephoto reach, genuine creative tools combined with 8K video options, will appeal to both casual shooters and more serious enthusiasts alike. It’s not without compromises – the lack of autofocus on the ultra-wide and selfie cameras will be noticed by some, and its absence from the US market is frustrating – but in regions where it is available, the 15T Pro offers outstanding value. With generous storage at every tier and a feature set that competes directly with pricier flagships, it stands out as one of the most compelling choices for anyone who wants a capable camera phone without pushing into premium territory.

EN→zh-CNAfter spending over a week with my SIM in the Xiaomi 15T Pro, there’s very little to dislike. It features a premium design with eye-catching yet subtle colour options, a massive 6.82-inch AMOLED screen with ultra-slim bezels, a very capable camera system for both photo and video, and the performance of the Dimensity 9400+ leaves very little to be desired. Is it a truly flagship experience? No. It misses out on more premium screen protection, the ultrawide lens is pretty basic for the price, the lack of LTPO screen tech is more noticeable here than elsewhere, and HyperOS is an acquired taste – but for most people, these are sacrifices easily made to get a phone of this calibre. One thing is for sure; it certainly doesn’t look, feel or perform like your regular run-of-the-mill £649 smartphone. In fact, it could very well be one of the best mid-range phones around right now.

EN→zh-CNIs the Xiaomi 15T Pro the right phone for you? Well, it has plenty of competition at this price range (€800), but… it has plenty to offer and holds its own. It has a great build quality, an outstanding screen, and great performance. The camera performance is also above average, especially when it comes to the main camera. The battery life is also great, and if you get a charger to utilize its full charging speed, you’ll also be able to charge it in no time. Xiaomi did cut some corners, of course, as this is not the company’s most powerful smartphone, but it does strike a great balance, and it’s a great offering overall. It’s truly easy to recommend, and yes, I’d get this over the standard Xiaomi 15.

EN→zh-CNThe Xiaomi 15T Pro has been a bit more difficult to price, with no official USD pricing that I can find. GSM Arena lists the price at £649.00/€899.90, which could translate to anywhere between $800 and $1000 USD. The Xiaomi 15T base model is listed at around $927. Given that this device uses the previous model MediaTek chip and that its performance doesn’t blow me away, I would probably splurge on a OnePlus flagship or even the Xiaomi 15 base device. Switching to a proper flagship device may cost anywhere from $100-$200 more, but you will get a pile of bonuses, which could include more storage, a more reliable camera, a better selfie camera, and, in the OnePlus 13’s case, a better battery, too. If that price difference is monumental to your budget, you won’t be let down with the Xiaomi 15T Pro; however, if you can afford it, there are better options available.

EN→zh-CNThe Xiaomi 15T Pro remains a solid all-rounder that's easy to recommend The launch price puts it in the tricky situation where early 2025 flagships can be had at the same price and it can't quite match them though. Once it settles, it's going to be an excellent phone that can deliver impressive value for your money. It offers excellent performance, great display, stellar battery life and an excellent camera - meaning top marks in each of the big 4. So, in case you are not in a hurry, we recommend waiting a little until the 15T Pro's price settles. EN→zh-CNWe're a bit confused with the Xiaomi 15T Pro. The "T" series started as a trimmed-down, affordable version of the main flagship models, but in the past couple of iterations, the Xiaomi xxT devices became almost as expensive as the regular flagships. The Xiaomi 15T Pro starts at 799 euros, which is a flagship price, no matter how you look at it. Granted, it's cheaper than the 999-euro Xiaomi 15, but still more expensive than the Pixel 10, or the Galaxy S25, or the iPhone 17. Which makes it a tough sell. Don't get us wrong, the phone shines (literally) in more than one department—the screen is one of the brightest out there, the battery life is second to none, and the camera system is quite flexible as well. The trouble is at this price point, those things are expected and not that surprising.

EN→zh-CNOften answering this question is easy, but also at the same time quite difficult. The easy answer is ‘anyone who wants great value for money’, but picking out specifically who should buy certain mid-range phones is hard because they are often so similar. But the Xiaomi 15T Pro has a clear marker. If you want what is possibly the best overall camera package on a smartphone for less than £700, then this is categorically the phone for you. Honestly, I don’t think you’ll find better photos at 5x zoom at this price point. Add onto that the fact that the display is spectacular and the build quality feels almost exactly like the iPhone 17 Pro series, then it’s hard to argue that this phone doesn’t sit somewhere near the top of the mid-range pile. And as I said above, it plunges the iPhone 16e into even further depths of embarrassment. For £50 more, you get a far more feature-rich experience and cameras that blow it out of the water. EN→zh-CNXiaomi's T series has always been known for its excellent value, bringing near-flagship features to a more affordable price range. The Xiaomi 15T Pro takes this strategy to a new level. It not only features the Leica Summilux imaging system but also introduces a 5x optical zoom lens for the first time in the Xiaomi T series. With the Xiaomi 15T series officially in Malaysia, Xiaomi fans would want to know whether the new phones are worthwhile deals. EN→zh-CNI went into the 15T Pro review expecting just another solid mid-range device, but it’s exceeded my expectations – especially when it comes to cameras. The main and telephoto cameras are both sharp, the main camera holds up well in low light, and Xiaomi/Leica’s color science is the star of the show. The ultrawide is the only weak spot in the system. Beyond cameras, it’s a premium-feeling phone with a sharp display, excellent performance, all-day battery, and ultra-fast charging, though the design might be a bit plain for some.

EN→zh-CNThe 15T Pro can stand up against a 'true' flagship. As a smartphone, it does lag behind in the camera software and processing department, but given the price, I think this can be excused. It won't beat even the base model Google Pixels for stills photography from the main camera, not much can for image quality and dynamic range, but it's a point worth making still. Hopefully, Xiaomi is listening and continues to evolve its software processing and camera application across its family of handsets, as they all exhibit the same flaws I have talked about in all of my Xiaomi/POCO/Redmi coverage to date. The main thing to look at here is that this phone comes in at nearly half the cost of an equivalent Galaxy S flagship, which also includes the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, which reaches an eye-watering £1500 for the 1TB model.

EN→zh-CNThe Xiaomi 15T Pro keeps the Leica identity and the strong display while addressing its predecessor’s weak points. Battery life is much stronger, gaming endurance has improved, and the new chipset delivers flagship-level scores that significantly exceed that of its predecessor. Not everything has improved though. The speakers remain a weak link, and some may miss the more striking colorways that the 14T Pro has. But as a whole, the 15T Pro feels like a more balanced and dependable device than the 13T Pro. For users of the 15T Pro, this might not feel like a must-upgrade unless battery life and gaming performance are priorities. But for anyone like me who is coming from older hardware or looking for a flagship that blends Leica imaging, strong performance, and decent battery life, the Xiaomi 15T Pro is a great and refined choice.

EN→zh-CNXiaomi has offered several big improvements over the 14T Pro while keeping the same price, which is a clear-cut recipe for success. The Xiaomi 15T Pro has better battery life, a larger, brighter display, a better telephoto camera and improved performance. Its collection of flagship-quality specs outshines anything else in this price range. Software is still a bit of a pain, and the likes of Google, Samsung and Honor have the edge on the support front, but these drawbacks are far from dealbreakers when the Xiaomi 15T Pro gets so much right elsewhere. If you baulk at the four-figure asking prices of modern flagship phones, I’d strongly suggest considering forgoing the usual suspects and picking up the bargain Xiaomi 15T Pro.

EN→zh-CNXiaomi's T series phones are typically positioned below the brand's flagship models, and offer high-end features at more accessible prices. This year's Xiaomi 15T Pro doesn't deviate from this formula. It has a revamped, more iPhone-like design, along with incremental upgrades, from a larger screen and larger battery to an updated flagship MediaTek processor to having the first-ever 5x telephoto lens in the series. Overall, the new phone feels premium and attractive, especially the Mocha Gold version that I tested. If you're coming from a flagship device, you won't miss much with the Xiaomi 15T Pro. Its Leica-branded cameras are good. Performance is also good enough — it can rival the Pixel 10 Pro phones — and battery life is much improved over last year's version. Best of all, it starts at S$799 (12GB + 256GB), which, despite a slight price hike, is still competitive against the other near-flagship phones hovering below the S$1,000 mark.

This year's T-Series model has grown in size, to over 6.8-inches. That enlarged screen will serve gamers and movie fans well, pumping out bright, poppy visuals as usual. Plus, the Xiaomi 15T Pro boasts one of the beefiest stereo speakers I've tested in 2025. You've got more than enough grunt to run Genshin Impact and Wuthering Waves on maxed-out graphics settings. Mediatek's Dimensity 9400 Plus is the brains here, so the Xiaomi 15T Pro can handle everything you throw at it, and keep IceCool while doing so. Battery life is good enough for more demanding users too. Even with hours of Android Auto and camera action, I never ran dry in a single day.
