自2015年ThinkPad L450,配备14英寸显示屏的ThinkPad L系列的外部设计,大体上只做了些许修改。联想ThinkPad L14第二代与L14 2020 ;它是一款传统的ThinkPad,贯穿始终。黑色的盒子上有银色的金属铰链,盖子和掌托上有银色的ThinkPad标志,键盘上有红色的TrackPoint--以及TrackPoint按钮上的红色条纹。

ThinkPad L14第二代在结构和材料方面也是一个经典。L系列的外壳传统上是由简单的PC/ABS塑料制成的,ThinkPad L14 Gen 2也是如此。与老款L型ThinkPad相比,有一些新的东西。盖子和掌托都有涂层。你仍然可以在底面和显示屏边框上找到粗糙的塑料。

ThinkPad L14第二代AMD的连接性:广泛的端口和良好的可维护性

维护

ThinkPad L14第二代是目前所有14英寸ThinkPad中拥有最多模块化设计的笔记本电脑。除了处理器之外,所有的重要部件都没有焊接--WWAN、Wi-Fi、M.2-2280固态硬盘和两个SO-DIMM内存插槽,所有的东西都是不连接的,可以升级。为了进入联想ThinkPad的内部,你显然必须先卸下底盖,这需要卸下九颗螺丝;这些螺丝仍然卡在机箱内,所以不会丢失。此外,还有一些塑料夹子,最好用塑料铲子工具一个一个地小心打开。

触摸板

Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye.
