Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

The display backlight flickers at 50 Hz (Likely utilizing PWM) Flickering detected at a brightness setting of 10 % and below. There should be no flickering or PWM above this brightness setting.

The frequency of 50 Hz is very low, so the flickering may cause eyestrain and headaches after extended use.

联想的这台15.6寸全功能设备为常见应用程序提供了充沛的运算性能。它搭配的GeForce显卡也能流畅运行很多游戏。这台设备在使用中发热量不高,快速的固态硬盘保证了系统的迅捷响应。一块1TB的2.5寸机械硬盘则补充了大量的存储空间。这两块硬盘都可以通过维护底盖方便地更换,而不需用户打开整个机身。它搭配的键盘给了我们不错的印象。一块可视角度稳定的IPS屏幕具备十分优秀的对比度,不过亮度缺有些不足。

IdeaPad 510-15IKB是联想为我们带来的一台配置合理的全功能设备,尽管售价近1000欧元(约7293人民币)但仍然有一些缺点。

这台IdeaPad仅仅配备了容量很低的电池(30瓦时)。因此,它的电池续航表现十分一般。而在风扇控制上,它也需要一些改进来降低待机时的噪音。除此之外,作为一台2016年的新机型,我们认为USB-C接口应该作为标配。
