软件 -Android 11,长期更新

三星Galaxy Z Fold3 5G搭载了Android 11和One UI 3.1,安全补丁在测试时处于2021年8月1日的水平,因此相当符合最新情况。更新应该是按月到达,并将在三到四年内可用。

与其他三星产品一样,微软、Facebook、Netflix和Spotify等第三方应用也与该公司的内部应用一起被纳入,但如果不需要的话,现在可以完全卸载。

电话和通话质量

三星Galaxy Z Fold3 5G可以同时处理两个SIM卡档案。你可以使用两张nano SIM卡,也可以使用eSIM代替第二张卡。还支持VoLTE和Wi-Fi通话。

三星首次将UD摄像头(UDC:显示屏下摄像头)隐藏在主显示屏下,目的是为整个面板提供一个不受干扰的视野。三星使用了与中兴通讯Axon 20

(32MP)相同的原理,但它设法将摄像头更好地隐藏在子像素下。作为回报,它只有400万像素可供支配。然而,图像质量对于视频通话来说是可以接受的,但最好使用外部显示器的10MP镜头进行自拍。它不仅有更高的分辨率,而且还能拍出更详细的照片,特别是在困难的照明条件下。

Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

The frequency of 245.1 Hz is relatively low, so sensitive users will likely notice flickering and experience eyestrain at the stated brightness setting and below.

In comparison: 52 % of all tested devices do not use PWM to dim the display. If PWM was detected, an average of 17031 (minimum: 5 - maximum: 2500000) Hz was measured.

Z Fold3 5G的表面温度即使在负载情况下也保持完全安全,可折叠式从未出现令人不舒服的温度。

然而,SoC被迫屈服于由此产生的废热。较早的GFXBench T-Rex电池测试(OpenGL ES 2.0)很快发现,性能被扼杀了21%,但这对于HFR游戏来说仍然足够。

较新的3DMark压力测试(Vulkan 1.0)也显示性能下降。在狂野生活测试的第一次运行后,性能下降了约三分之一,这可能导致在要求更高的游戏中出现停滞。极限测试并没有表现出那么大的下降,但Fold3仍然比ROG Phone 5等弱。
