当然，消费者无法期待一台售价低于550欧元（约3692人民币）的笔记本电脑可以提供与贵两到三倍的商务机型相同的品质——尽管它们都有ThinkPad的标签。不过联想仍然为我们带来了一款可靠实用的设备，在各种办公应用中均可提供优秀的表现。

我们特别喜欢它近乎完美的输入设备和低噪音低发热，这不仅归功于Broadwell架构的硬件。同样，是否每个用户都会对这个改变满意也是个问题。E550的性能无法与它的前代产品相比，可能不仅是对于Core i3机型，可能所有配置的机型都会是这样。特别是它停产了搭配高速四核处理器的机型而为产品线留下了一个断档。

其他缺点的大多数都来自于低售价低成本的设计，在同类竞争对手中也十分常见。例如，它的机身做工在细节上有一些小缺陷。它的屏幕很暗，对比度也很低，同时仅12个月的质保也短的可怜。不过还好最后一点都可以通过升级得到平衡。

整体上，我们不可否认ThinkPad E550确实值得推荐，不过用户也可以参考一下众多的同类产品，来自惠普，Acer或者戴尔的产品都十分值得考虑。
