可以说,过去几年在二合一PC领域微软Surface Pro一骑绝尘,但竞争者却也不少。HP发布了Spectre x2,随后又发布了续航时间长的Elite x2 1020 G1;或者是打着无风扇口号的Acer Asoire Switch Aloha 12;又或者是兼容性能与便携的产品,如华硕变形者 3 Pro T303UA以及联想Miix 510 Pro等… 

现在,联想IdeaPad Miix 720是应对Surface的最新答卷。这款12英寸的设备提供了家用PC所有的功能,具有主动散热系统,同时端口连接性能也没有妥协,联想为之设计了一个带Thunderbolt 3的Type C接口以及一个全尺寸的Type A USB口。 

Miix 720首先要提的是和Surface一样采用了3 :2比例的屏幕(分辨率为2880 x 1920),而不是普通的16:9,可以说联想这一点是从其小兄弟Miix 510 Pro中汲取的经验,后者采用16:10 分辨率为1920 x 1200的屏幕,没有Thunderbolt 接口,也没有Windows Hello虹膜识别所需的红外摄像头。

机身

尽管和Miix 510很相似,但Miix 720其实还是有着自己的机身设计,720没有侧面通风口,相机处也没有了胶条设计,全尺寸的USB口也移到了机身左侧。 

重量仅为1.15kg的Miix 720比Miix 510的1.24kg要轻一些,在这方面720与竞争对手相比还是有优势的,其中Acer Aspire Switch Alpha 12 SA5-271-56HM最重,为1.3kg。 

机身采用铝合金,坚固性和稳定性有很好的保障,表链支架也相当耐用。支架与机身紧紧地相连,开合在100 – 165度之间。键盘盖同样由铝合金制成,重量较大,约为404g。这种设计的优点就是材质的质量和重量本身,尽管键盘吸附后折起下空,但打字时的稳定性丝毫不减。

在这轮尺寸对比中,除了Aspire Switch Alpha 12外,所有的二合一设备厚度都在8-9mm之间,Switch Aplha 12机身厚度为11mm,Dell的XPS 12 9250最薄,为8mm。由于屏幕比例为3:2,Miix 720比16:9以及16:10的机器要高一些,只有惠普的Elite x2 1012 G1和华硕的Transformer 3 Pro T03UA比Miix 720更高更宽一些。

端口

本次评测的Miix 720带有一个Thunderbolt 3 USB C接口,除了支持高分辨率显示外还能传输性能,理论上可以达到USB 3.0的8倍。 

毕竟是二合一产品,由于必要接口的确实,你可能需要一个USB-C转HDMI或者DP转换器,还好联想随机提供不需要额外购买。通过外接拓展坞,可以最多外接两个显示器。

机身左侧依次为USB 3.0,Thunderbolt 3 USB C接口,同时也是供电接口,3.5mm耳机孔;机身右侧依次为电源键,音量键以及一个USB 2.0接口。

通信功能

惊喜的是联想竟然给Miix 720配备了三频的英特尔19265 AC网卡,支持60 GHz-WiGig技术(802.11ad协议),带宽为4.7GBPS。在iperf测试中这张网卡得分虽然不是最高但表现也不差,当然,该网卡支持英特尔8265AC的所有特性,包括802.11ac,双频以及蓝牙4.2。 

相机

和Miix 510一样,720后置摄像头采用更高像素的5百万镜头,前置摄像头像素降低,成像质量很差,用于Skype网络视频还行,想拍些照片就不合适了。 在平板上拍照不是一个明智之举,但用于临时记录一些画面也未尝不可。后置的5百万镜头在白平衡和对焦方面表现也好很多,尽管解析力不足导致画面模糊在所难免。 我们测试了下红外相机下的Windows Hello 人脸识别,反应迅速准确度高,还挺满意。

The standard warranty is short at just one year. This is quite disappointing for such a high price device. On the other hand, business clientele can choose from various warranty extensions and insurance options, depending on how it fits into the lifetime of the device.

输入设备

键盘

Miix 510的键盘背光令人怀念,作为继承者的720更是完美延承了两段式键盘背光。归功于橡胶弹簧,键盘非常灵敏,按键反馈强,回弹迅速,行云如水间几乎察觉不到按键的下沉。当设备放在桌面上时,我们没有发现键盘的明显缺点。 

按键采用平面设计,没有凹槽弧度,打字的准确性可能会受到一些影响,还好按键的大小弥补了这点不足,Shift键,Caps键和空格键为甚。由于是可拆卸键盘,键程较短,但对于我们而言使用上并没有什么太大的问题。 

触摸板

对于一款12寸的二合一产品而言,10.6cm的触摸板已经算是很大的水平,点击和响应反馈很佳,触摸板表面很光滑,其精准度也堪称典范。 

触控屏

Miix 720的触摸屏也是很灵敏,即使在边缘也能对触控动作迅速做出反应,只是因为处理器等元件皆在屏幕下方,温热情况在所难免。 

联想Active Pen

触控笔作为额外的一种交互方式让Miix 720变得更加完整,触摸屏与笔的加入让我们能够直接在屏幕上进行书写。联想这根笔由电池供电,可以放置在机身右侧不造成误触,在USB口设置笔筒的做法也真的可以说是简单而粗暴。

Miix 2屏幕12寸,分辨率为2880 x 1920,屏长宽比为3:2。其他宽屏的竞争者大都采用16:10 或者16:9的比例,比如Dell XPS 12 9250 4K版为3840 x 2160分辨率(16:9),然而,3:2这个屏幕比例最初来源于微软Surface,第四代产品Pro 4分辨率为2736 x 1824。3:2屏幕可以说是4:3方屏与16:9或16:10宽屏的一种妥协,各有千秋。Miix 720这块镜面触摸显示屏提供不错的亮度,背光也很均匀。屏幕对比度为1353:1,中央位置亮度为406 cd/m2。

Delta E偏差略低于平均水平,那些想要保持最佳色彩的人建议使用工具进行校准。我们将Delta E等级从6.7调到1.6,Delta E色卡校准从5.3降到2.5,经过这两轮调准,肉眼基本发觉不出Miix 720这块屏幕的色彩偏差了。

此外,Miix 720的色域范围不是很广,这个结果与校准无关。Miix 720 s RGB色域范围为91%,Adobe RGB色域甚至只有59%,这个数据比Surface Pro 差很多,Transformer 3 Pro T303UA和XPS 12 9250 4K标准色域都达到了100%。

虽然Miix 720的亮度水平不错,但是到了户外就一点都不好玩了。由于是镜面屏,在户外不可避免地反光严重,可以说这是个很错误的政策,东芝的X20w 二合一就很好,采用了雾面屏,防反光,户外使用无问题。

Display Response Times

Display response times show how fast the screen is able to change from one color to the next. Slow response times can lead to afterimages and can cause moving objects to appear blurry (ghosting). Gamers of fast-paced 3D titles should pay special attention to fast response times.

Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

In comparison: 51 % of all tested devices do not use PWM to dim the display. If PWM was detected, an average of 9720 (minimum: 5 - maximum: 151500) Hz was measured.

性能表现

联想IdeaPad Miix 720处理器有酷睿i3-7100U, i5-7500U和i7-7500U三种规格可选,SSD也有128、256和1TB三档搭配,运行内存方面则有4、8及16GB三种。综上,Miix 720共有4种配置可供购买,入门级售价约为1075欧元(折合人民币7887元,配置为7100U、4GB+128GB),顶配版则高达1700欧元(折合人民币12472元,7500U, 16GB+1TB)。本次评测的版本为顶配版。 

内置1TB固态共有870GB可供使用,型号为三星PM961,支持磁盘阵列,走x4 NVMe通道。如果处理器能满速运行,SSD也能如官方规格一样高性能的话,这台二合一平板笔记本能和传统笔记本一样处理你的工作任务。

处理器

这处理器环节我们还是使用老朋友Prime 95进行压力测试。这颗英特尔酷睿i7-7500U表现正常,时钟频率维持在2.7GHz的水平(最大可酷睿加速到3.5GHz),持续压力测试负载后会进一步降频到2.1-2.2GHz,这时CPU的温度传感器显示温度为68°C。 

用Cinebench R15进行跑分测试结果大致相同,在软件运行几秒钟后就会出现降频现象。即,刚开始时CPU以2.3GHz的时针速度运行,随后降频至2.1 GHz,遗憾的是在Miix 720上并没有酷睿加速的选项。Cinebench R15得分如下图,这段时间内功耗降低了10%。

综上,i7-7500U在Miix 720上能够正常水准发挥,虽然低于2.7GHz的基础主频,R15基准测试也不是压力测试其实。Miix 720上这颗最新的Kaby Lake i7处理器在R15测试中不敌Surface Pro 4的i7-6650U, 但是在多核测试中碾压Acer Aspire Switch Alpha 12的i5-6200U还是没有问题的。

系统表现

Miix 720的应用程序性能也受到了其微弱计算能力的影响,在PCMark 8 work模式中或因磁盘阵列的原因有些优势,但在Home模式中甚至不敌Acer Aspire Switch Alpha 12。 

PCMark各项成绩对比可见下表,不同机型间差距甚微,然而,这里必须对Miix 720进行评判的一点就是,其内建的固态磁盘阵列可以算是前沿技术,但是却被捉急的计算性能拖了后腿,结果就是系统性能测试甚至比老旧的更便宜的平台还要低些,真是不太应该。

Miix 720里面这快三星PM961 (M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe)加上磁盘阵列功能可以说是存储界的佼佼者,在这轮测试中,竞品们落后大致43-65%。Miix 720在大块数据的读与写方面优势明显,只是,如果你只是将一块硬盘的数据拷贝到另外一块硬盘,或者通过Thunderbolt 3从外置拷贝进内置存储空间,这个优势不会发挥出来。

显卡

英特尔HD 620核芯显卡基本沿用了上一代的技术,但是技术参数上却又有所不同。理论上,与频率更高的DDR4相结合,核显更能发挥其性能,但是在Miix 720上却不是这么回事,在Miix 720上HD620的性能得分可以比其他设备的HD520还要差。7代i7版的Miix 720显卡性能不敌6代i5的Acer Aspire Switch Alpha 12,更别说Surface Pro 那块有着最强核显之称的Iris 540,后者有着73%的性能优势。

在Cinebench测试和压力测试中Miix 720风扇产生的噪音为36分贝,风扇声音很明显,但也很有效地把处理器温度降至68°C。当机器空载时风扇基本不转,其他时候基本上以32分贝水平低速转动。但是,这个数据带有欺骗性,因为当CPU负载仅为30%时风扇也会全速转动,噪音也是断断续续。

在上面噪音测试也提到,Miix 720的风扇噪音其实不小,那么能够压得住热吗?答案是刚好压得住。当机器空载时平均温度为30度,平常使用时温度在36到44°之间,基本上微温水平。下面的热图像显示的温度比表面体感到温度要高一些。 

Miix 720在压力测试环节表现比较不尽如意,CPU频率疯狂掉至1.3GHz,显卡时钟频率为798MHz,处理器温度在68度左右。看来,作为一台可触摸的平板,联想在尽量控制Miix 720的机身温度,即使是牺牲性能为代价。

空载时Miix 720功耗大致在3.5-8w的水平,普通使用时这个数值升至30w,所以官配的45w电源适配器搓搓有余。而最大负载(Strestestest95 + FurMark)的功耗则视情况而定,毕竟有温度墙功耗墙这些东西在发挥着作用,这种情况在二合一产品中普遍存在,唯一例外的是Acer的Aspire Switch Alpha 12和搭载Core M的惠普Elite x2 1012 G1。

电池续航

无线上网测试中Miix 720坚持了5小时45分,最低亮度空载下这个时长可达到12小时。Miix 720的电池续航无法满足一整天的工作需求,但其他竞品也不见得可以。惠普的Elite x2 1012 G1能够达到这个要求,但是其搭载的是超低功耗的Core M处理器,微软的Surface Pro 4 i7版本的续航时间也不过5小时其实,不过core m的低配版续航可以达到9个小时。

联想拿出了IdeaPad Miix 720来对抗Surface Pro 4,亮出了自己的3:2比例超高分辨率屏幕。Miix 720屏幕分辨率为2880 x 1920 ,比Surface Pro 4的2736 x 1824要稍高一些,只是色域空间太低,联想是不是有点吝啬了呢,毕竟离完美屏幕只有一步之遥。

那么联想Miix 720的优势在哪呢。两个全尺寸的USB 3.0接口加上一个Thunderbolt 3 USB C口,再搭配时髦的Windows Hello红外人脸识别,对于一款平板PC设备而言可以说是丧心病狂了,技术参数方面最先的Kaby Lake处理器和RAID磁盘阵列也可以说是Miix 720的竞争优势。

不幸的是,Miix 720无法发挥第7代酷睿i7的性能水平,在日常使用中大概有10%的性能损失。其处理器的单核性能与Surface Pro 4的6代i7相当,而多核性能则与第6代的i5差不多同一水平线,至少R15 多核基准得分略低于Acer Aspire Switch Aplha 12(i5)。

而价格方面,Acer Switch Alpha 12 i5版售价为750欧元,微软Surface Pro 4键盘套装(i5-6300U)为1200欧元,所以这里有个问题:当Miix 720的实际性能低于预期时还值得买吗?

当然,Miix 720一点都不便宜,本次评测的配置为i7-7500U, 16GB内存以及1TB的固态硬盘,售价1700欧元。普通用户其实可以购买256GB版或者128GB版搭配酷睿i3或者i5-7200U就差不多了,定价约为1070欧元。

总之,12寸大小的机身足以享受Thunderbolt 3带来的拓展优势,此外电池续航、屏幕、红外人脸识别以及可拆卸带背光键盘都是Miix 720的优点。现在就等降价了,如果i3版价格跌至900欧元的话,是个不错的购机选择。
