EN→zh-CNThe Honor 600 Lite is a phone that gets the design, display, battery, and software experience mostly right. It looks premium, feels very comfortable in hand, has a beautiful AMOLED screen, and the large battery gives reliable endurance. I also like that Honor is trying to bring practical AI features, like AI Memories, rather than just adding AI for marketing. But the performance and cameras hold this phone back. The Dimensity 7100 Elite does not feel powerful enough for the price, and the camera system is quite outdated in 2026. So, the Honor 600 Lite is a good phone if you want a stylish, comfortable, display-focused mid-range phone. But if you care more about gaming, performance, or cameras, there are better alternatives in this price segment.

EN→zh-CNWith both phones having substantial price hikes, it’s clear that HONOR is positioning its number series to make them closer to flagship offerings than premium midrange devices. To the credit of both phones, they do get substantial upgrades–though you’re losing the telephoto camera with the standard 600. The 600 Pro has a more complete set of features, as long as you’re willing to pay close to Php 50,000 for it.

EN→zh-CNHONOR has quickly earned a reputation of making solid mid-range smartphones, and it has another one on its hands with the 600 Lite. It has a generous and bright display, equally generous battery, handy camera, and all the other aspects you’d expect of a well priced mid-range phone from a Chinese brand. There is, however, one issue, and it is actually to do with HONOR itself. While we can recommend the HONOR 600 Lite, for R1k more we’d actually tell consumers to get the X9d instead, which boasts a slightly better processor, far beefier battery, and stronger durability. There is nothing wrong with the HONOR 600 Lite, there just so happens to be another similar specced HONOR smartphone that we would favour.

EN→zh-CNThe Honor 600 Lite smartphone is also known as Honor 500 Smart, designed to be a sleek and durable daily companion, announced and released in March 2026. It has a very slim profile at just 7.3mm thick and a lightweight feel at 180 grams, making it comfortable to hold and use. The build quality is a highlight, featuring a glass front and back with an aluminum frame. More importantly, it boasts an IP66 rating, meaning it is not just dust-tight but also protected against powerful water jets, offering a unique layer of ruggedness for unexpected splashes or weather. You can manage your connectivity with flexible SIM options, including the choice of a dual Nano-SIM setup or a combination with an eSIM.

EN→zh-CNOverall, the Honor 600 Pro has a premium design, excellent display, strong performance, great battery life, improved software, and a good main and telephoto camera setup. As a phone, it is genuinely good. But the problem is the price. At Rs. 1,30,000, this phone is around Rs. 40,000 more expensive than last year’s Honor 400 Pro. And honestly, I don’t think that price jump is fully justified. If you are a tech enthusiast, you already know that around this price, you can get a second-hand iPhone 16 Pro Max or Galaxy S25 Ultra, which are overall better products. And if you want a brand-new phone, adding around Rs. 20,000 more can get you something like the Realme GT 8 Pro, which offers stronger overall specs and 512GB storage variant. So, the Honor 600 Pro is a good phone, but not the best value phone. Buy it if you specifically want Honor’s design, software, battery life, and camera processing.

EN→zh-CNHonor has refined the imaging pipeline in the 600 Pro, addressing issues like colour inconsistency and low-light performance. It also delivers excellent battery life, and its screen is more visible in strong sunlight than it was before. While it is a strong performer for portraits the fixed-focus selfie camera limited global availability, and modest upgrades over the previous generation hold it back. Overall, it remains a compelling value option—especially at its discounted launch price.

EN→zh-CNAt R19 999 (RRP), the HONOR 600 Pro is priced on par with its previous two iterations, so it is nice to see that HONOR has tried to be consistent on that front. Crucially, however, it is close in price to the likes of the Huawei Mate 80 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S26, both of which are considered fully fledged flagship devices. As such, the HONOR 600 Pro will be judged in comparison to other flagship devices, and not premium mid-range smartphones. When it comes to the latter, the 600 Pro is definitely worth recommended, but as a flagship phone, that case becomes harder to make. We know that most consumers will not be paying the full R20k to pick up this device, and will go the contract route, which starts at R799 per month, depending on the retailer. From that perspective it may present better value for money, but looking at its RRP, there are some better options out there.

The Honor 600 Pro enters the premium market as a compelling alternative to established flagships, blending an eye-catching design with high-end features. It pairs an exceptionally bright 120Hz OLED display with a powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a versatile 200MP triple camera system. Does this premium contender have what it takes to overshadow the competition, or do its minor shortcomings hold it back? Check out our video review to learn ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW about the phone's top features, build and screen quality, battery life, performance, and camera image quality.

EN→zh-CNThe HONOR 600 Pro delivers strong flagship-level performance, a bright display, and capable cameras. Its Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset easily handles daily tasks, while the display performs well even outdoors. The cameras also produce pleasing and natural-looking results in most situations. However, battery optimization could still be improved, considering the large 7000mAh capacity. While the phone can still last a whole day with casual use, we expected slightly better efficiency during heavier usage. Overall, if you want a flagship smartphone with strong performance, a bright AMOLED display, reliable cameras, and premium durability features, the HONOR 600 Pro is a solid option at its price point.

EN→zh-CNWith everything we’ve experienced with the HONOR 600 Pro, it’s got almost everything we’ve wanted. From near flagship performance to a beautiful display and even a rugged build, this phone nearly has it all. Not to mention almost all the AI features it has that could potentially help make life easier. It could even play heavier titles like NTE, and the cameras are beautiful too. No doubt it is a great all-around phone to use. The only concern I think people would have is the design. But again, style is subjective at the end of the day. Now for the price. The Honor 600 Pro retails at PHP 49,999 for the lone 12+512GB variant, which is a lot of money. It’s already close to flagship-level pricing, but you do get near-flagship-level performance with this phone. Whether it’s worth it or not, we leave that to you.

EN→zh-CNThe Honor 600 Pro is a surprisingly sleek phone for what it packs inside. At just 7.8 mm thick and weighing around 195–200 grams, it feels premium with its glass front, glass back, and aluminum frame. But don’t let the slim profile fool you, it is seriously tough. With an IP68/IP69K rating, it is not only dust-tight and waterproof up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes, but it can also handle high-pressure water jets. You can accidentally spray it with a hose, and it will still be okay. The display is a gorgeous 6.57-inch AMOLED screen with 1 billion colors, a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, and an eye-searing peak brightness of 8000 nits (perfect for direct sunlight).

EN→zh-CNThe Honor 600 Pro is a great all-rounder that's equally adept at gaming, productivity, and image creation. I'm not a big fan of the looks, but it feels premium and well-built, and it comes with a gorgeous display, a sizable battery, and speedy charging. Whether I can recommend getting one all comes down to the pricing. At the full-price MSRP of £899, the competition is stiff. You can currently get the Xiaomi 17 for less than that, and it's a better phone in almost every way. However, at the discounted launch price of £699, the Honor 600 Pro is a great deal, with better specifications than competitors like the Pixel 10. In that case, it's a much more compelling option.

EN→zh-CNThe Honor 400 Pro was a big fish in a relatively small pond, standing out among its mid-range peers with quality hardware and above-average software support. By kicking the price up so high, Honor has supplanted the 600 Pro into the ocean, where it doesn’t cast nearly as large a shadow. Performance remains solid, thanks to the upgrade to Snapdragon 8 Elite, battery life is fantastic, the display is bright and accurate, and those six years of software support are still highly valuable. A decidedly non-flagship camera suite and the bloated OS hurt the overall appeal, however, with the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S26 and OnePlus 15 offering superior photography. Moreover, the Galaxy has an extra year of software support, while the OnePlus has even better battery life and performance, both for less money than this. The Honor 600 Pro is competent enough, but it lacks that little extra something to make it stand out against such strong competition.

EN→zh-CNSo, after a week of living with the HONOR 600 Pro, what’s the consensus? It’s honest tech. It identifies the one thing we all actually care about—battery life—and absolutely nails it to the wall. The HONOR 600 Pro is like that one mate who’s a bit of a unit but always has your back. It might be a bit chunky in its ambitions, but when you’re at 4% at the end of a long night and this thing is still at 40%, you’ll be glad you’ve got it.

EN→zh-CNWith its bright orange finish, matte metal frame, and large camera plateau, there's no mistaking the inspiration for the Honor 600 Pro. This iPhone doppelganger even has a customisable AI button — akin to the iPhone's Action button — that can be used to quickly launch the camera, Google Lens, or one of the Honor's numerous AI-powered features. Even the user interface has a transparency effect — like the Liquid Glass look in iOS — that's most apparent in the Home screen, which by default comes with an iPhone-like wallpaper. You can also switch to transparent icons in the settings. But the Honor 600 Pro is its own creature when it comes to its AI features, especially the unique deepfake detection feature that stands out from the typical AI translation and image editing ones.

EN→zh-CNThe Honor 600 Pro is an interesting take on what a Pro midranger phone should be. Instead of chasing the latest flagship formula, Honor built a device that mixes top-tier silicon with a more restrained overall package - and that approach works pretty well. Performance is undoubtedly one of the phone's strongest suits. The Snapdragon 8 Elite has plenty of power to handle every task you throw at it today and the 600 Pro feels consistently fast and responsive, with no real slowdowns. Sustained GPU load does bring a hit to performance, but that's a rather unlikely scenario. The rest of the hardware package is equally compelling.

EN→zh-CNThe Honor 600 Pro blurs the line between mid-range and flagship with an eye-catching design, a capable triple camera setup and some beefy performance. EN→zh-CNThe HONOR 600 Pro doesn’t carry the “Magic” name, but it delivers a magical experience nonetheless. It combines flagship‑grade cameras, a massive battery, durable hardware, polished software, and unique AI features into a package that feels premium yet accessible. It’s not flawless, the ultrawide camera is weaker, and the Snapdragon 8 Elite isn’t the latest chip, but these are minor trade‑offs. With prices starting from RM3,099, the HONOR 600 Pro is an excellent choice for anyone seeking flagship features without the usual flagship costs. At the end of our HONOR 600 Pro review, I award this smartphone with our Silver Pokdeward.

Comparing the Honor 600 side-by-side vs the Honor 600 Pro, which I already reviewed here on Tech Spurt. These magnificent mid-range smartphones boast a few upgrades compared with the old 400 handsets, but which one is best for you? The more affordable Honor 600, or the Pro with its boosted camera tech and gaming performance? Boasting more compact design for this generation, the Honor 600 is more affordable than many flagship phones and that Pro version, despite boasting impressive specs.

EN→zh-CNThe Honor 600 Pro is not the first smartphone to receive a price hike in 2026, and we reckon it won’t be the last either. What makes it notable is that it’s getting a S$200 price increase compared to its predecessor, while other brands have tried to limit their price hikes to S$100 or S$150. While it’s not unexpected, considering the recent instability and surge in memory prices, the increase is more than what most of us would expect. Hopefully, this is a one-off incident rather than a warning sign of more significant price hikes. This blow is softened somewhat by the fact that Honor is offering a rather attractive pre-order package that includes a S$100 rebate, a free Honor Pad X8b, 365-day front screen crack replacement and a 2-year warranty for people who pre-order between now and 29 April 2026. Honor says this package has a value of S$640.

EN→zh-CNI’ve been very impressed with the Honor 600 Pro, and at the right price, this is an excellent choice for your next smartphone. However, the key factor is the right price tag, and while we don’t know what the UK or EU pricing is, the Malaysian pricing does give us some indication. The Honor 600 Pro starts at RM3,099 (approximately $785 or £580), with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while the 512GB version costs $50 more. However, it’s worth noting that the UK and EU pricing is likely to be much higher once import fees, taxes, and customs rates are taken into account. At the right price, this is an excellent purchase, and I’d also expect Honor to have many pre-order deals that either reduce the price or include free accessories.

EN→zh-CNHonor recently dropped teasers, hinting at a N-series phone from their stable that will also have a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a bright orange colourway. In the official literature, Honor has stated that their N-series phones which were primarily devices with midrange specifications will now be officially designated as a flagship series with equally top-shelf hardware with the teaser stating that it will sport a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset though which one exactly hasn’t been officially mentioned yet.

EN→zh-CNPriced at P25,999 for the 8+256GB variant (goes up to P37,999 for the 12GB+512GB), the HONOR 600 lands as a well-balanced midrange option that focuses on the essentials while adding a bit of personality. It delivers smooth everyday performance, reliable cameras, and standout battery life.

EN→zh-CNThe Honor 600 hits some incredible highs given its mid-range price. Its display can reach dazzling levels of brightness, it has some of the most epic battery life on the market, and the power of its AI features even impressed a hardened skeptic like myself. But it’s not immune to some AI jankiness; the awesome AI-enhanced detail of its camera is somewhat undermined by weaker HDR, and its solid chipset produces a little more heat than I’d like. Nonetheless, it’s an accomplished handset in many ways and easily justifies its asking price.

EN→zh-CNOne thing that I love (again) about this phone is the face unlock. It is unlike anything I have previously used. HONOR says in its documentation that it uses 2D face unlock, which I can only assume is a lower version of the 3D Face Recognition that's included in the Magic8 Pro. I found it to be just as responsive. When I pick the phone up, it immediately unlocks, so I only have to swipe from the lock screen. I literally cannot fault it. It seems like it does not require you to point your face to the screen at all for it to recognize you and unlock; it is just super fast. The same can be said of the fingerprint sensor; it is quick. Time will tell if MagicOS 10 slows to a crawl. I think OS slowdowns affect all handsets; the more apps you install and have running in the background, the more it slows stuff down, but MagicOS 10 appears to have a (annoying warning when an application seems to be using a lot of battery (you can disable the global alerts). The tools are there to fix lag and slowdowns.

EN→zh-CNAll in all, the Honor 600 is a good all-rounder with a great display, long and dependable battery life, it's quick to charge, and the main camera produces excellent stills day and night. However, the lack of a dedicated telephoto camera, which appears to be a standard feature in this price segment, and the rather underpowered chipset will likely cost the Honor 600 some sales. Especially last year's Honor 400 Pro, which rights all these wrongs and carries the same price tag.

EN→zh-CNThe Honor 600 is a pretty impressive phone. In some ways, it's squarely mid-range, like in its processing power and cameras. In other ways, it matches or beats flagship devices, such as in its screen brightness. There's really nothing that I dislike about the Honor 600, except for the lack of wireless charging, which plenty of users have yet to adopt anyway. This isn't a flagship killer in the literal sense — the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 won't run intensive games at high frame rates, and the digital zoom can't compete with a real periscope lens. But for the things most people care about, like getting decent photos and not having to worry about battery life, the Honor 600 has a lot going for it.

EN→zh-CNOverall, the HONOR 600 is a great option for users looking for a smartphone that offers near-flagship performance at a more affordable price point. It delivers strong camera performance, impressive battery life, and an exceptionally bright display. However, it does miss out on wireless charging, and the software still comes with some pre-installed bloatware.Still, if you are looking for a device that feels close to a flagship experience without spending flagship money, the HONOR 600 is definitely worth considering. So that wraps up our experience with the HONOR 600.

EN→zh-CNSo, after diving into our experience with the HONOR 600, here comes our verdict. On the surface, the HONOR 600 builds on the best qualities of its predecessor…but it left us wanting more. I think HONOR is trying to replicate that release pattern of introducing an all-new model in two years and an iterative improvement in between—the HONOR 600 is the latter. You see, everything else is a really good upgrade like the bigger battery, a stronger build, sleeker design, and a more polished software experience. They almost knew what they were doing until they skipped on upgrading the more crucial parts. The cameras? Carryovers. The performance? Largely the same. That’s not to say they’ve made bad choices, it’s just that they certainly could’ve done better. I mean, the 2024 HONOR 200 had a telephoto camera, why did they even remove it in the first place? Besides, this might just be a whole marketing strategy before our eyes and we don’t even know it.In its own right, the HONOR 600 gives off a strong competition in the upper midrange market, as it always has been.Sadly, as of making this video, we don’t have the pricing info just yet for the HONOR 600 Series. Considering that everything is going up in price lately, it’s getting harder and harder to justify which one’s good or not. If the price is right, then the HONOR 600 is one interesting option out there, especially if you pay attention to camera performance, long battery life, and a good-looking phone. But, if you prefer more raw power, then you might want to look elsewhere.

EN→zh-CNDespite an affordable price tag, the Honor 600 has a lot of strings to its bow. Its camera picks up a bevvy of detail, its battery will last you the weekend, and its bright display makes watching content or scrolling easy under almost any conditions. While there are still a few kinks that need working out, such as its AI features, and heavy gamers might want a little bit more processing power, there is little to fault this phone for. Those wanting something that’s essentially an iPhone with Android underneath should look no further.

EN→zh-CNI have been happy enough with the Honor 600 as my everyday phone. It runs my apps, the battery lasts two days, the design is comfortable to hold, I’m not worried about durability, and the camera is acceptable.I should be saying, sure, it’s a good phone to buy. However, the Honor 600 has made life difficult for itself due to the various software gremlins I’ve already encountered (which makes me think more will arrive the longer I use it) and the irritating way it handles the not-always-on screen. It’s frustrating, as if the software were a little more polished, particularly around calls, and the always-on screen was actually always-on, there wouldn't be any major downsides here. Instead, you’ve got to be prepared for these things, and the chance of other bugs showing up, if you buy the Honor 600. If you’re fine with that, the Honor 600 is a solid mid-range Android phone that has taken one too many side glances at the Apple iPhone’s design.

EN→zh-CNThe Honor 600 is a £549 smartphone. Having used it for two weeks, I feel that the price should be higher; its camera system is as good as most premium models. Its screen is nice and bright. And the battery goes on and on. All powered by a decent Snapdragon processor. It is, arguably, the best budget phone around.

EN→zh-CNThe HONOR 600 is a phone with a clear sense of purpose. It’s slim, refined, and built with the kind of care that tends to show in daily use rather than on a spec sheet. The battery lasts, the display shines, the main camera performs, and the overall package carries itself with a quiet confidence that’s surprisingly rare at this price. If you’re looking for a beautiful everyday phone with serious battery endurance and a genuinely premium feel that won’t push you into flagship pricing, the HONOR 600 is hard to overlook. The missing telephoto and the lack of wireless charging are worth knowing about beforehand, but they’re far less central to the daily experience than everything this phone gets confidently right.

EN→zh-CNThe Honor 600 is a fantastic mid-ranger that feels like a watershed moment in raising the stock of this kind of phone with a stylish finish, excellent battery life and a capable, detailed dual camera setup. We also get a solid OLED screen and reasonable internal power, although for the raised price against the old model, some more grunt may have been nice. The Samsung Galaxy A57 5G provides similar performance, a larger screen and arguably offers a more polished software feel for a similar price for the base 256GB model (the 600 costs a little more), although with the 512GB model, Honor’s price tag is much more appealing.

EN→zh-CNThe Honor 600 is among the best mid-range phones I've ever used, often pushing the boundaries of what defines mid-range in the first place. The flagship-grade display and build quality perfectly match the massive battery capacity and fast charging speeds, but Honor really needs to focus on providing higher-quality haptic motors to complete the experience. Likewise, Honor's Magic OS has substantially improved over the past few years, but still offers less UI customization than the competition. Overall, the Honor 600 provides an astounding value and a nearly-flagship-grade experience at a fraction of the price.
