The Poco X3 NFC is by far the most affordable mid-range smartphone that offers more than it cost. It has a starting price of P10,990 (6GB+64GB) featuring 120Hz Refresh rate, 240Hz Touch sampling rate, Snapdragon 732G, and 5160mAh battery.

At a starting price of Rs. 16999, the POCO X3 is another excellent value-for-money smartphone from POCO. The 120Hz LCD screen with minimal bezels is retained from the predecessor, the cameras have been improved, offers smooth performance and the huge battery offers brilliant life with support for fast charging. Glass body would have offered a premium look and feel, but it would increase the weight of the phone and add extra cost. Some might miss an AMOLED screen, but you have to compromise this for the 120Hz refresh rate that is rarely available in phones in the price range.

The Poco X3 is a great device and definitely crushes its competitors like the Realme Narzo 20 Pro. The device is a bit bulky but has a premium feel and almost feels like a flagship.

After a number of phones that were seen as rebranded Redmi devices, Poco has come out with the Poco X3. And it is not only original in terms of design and hardware but also comes with credentials to be one of the best options in its segment...and perhaps even those above it!

The Poco X3 is a power-packed performer that offers just a little more than what you pay for it. For the average buyer looking for a phone for around Rs 15,000, the Poco X3 at a starting price of Rs 16,999 is a brilliant buy.

The Poco X3 is the successor to the Poco X2 and brings incremental updates to the market. It does everything just a little better compared to the Poco X2. It offers better performance and the bigger battery helps it last a lot longer. However, it is bulkier than its predecessor, which could be off-putting to a lot of potential buyers. If you were eyeing the Poco X2 but have the option to spend a little more, you could go ahead with the Poco X3 as it offers some good upgrades for a minor increase in price. The Realme 7 Pro (Review) is another suitable alternative you could consider for the same amount of money.

The Poco X3 is not the perfect budget smartphone. The minor ghosting effect can irritate some, it needs some fixes with video recording and with the UI as well. But most of these issues can be ironed out with a software update. With the display, you also have to remember that you are getting a 120 Hz panel at Rs 16,999. OnePlus for example, gets you a 90Hz panel at 24,999. Do the math!

Yes, if you are looking for a smartphone that can offer smooth performance, can handle multitasking well, deliver a good gaming experience, with good looks and captures stunning pictures in most lighting scenarios, the Poco X3 is a good phone to consider. The only condition is that you will need to handle a phone as heavy as 215 grams. Well, if you have the Poco X2, stick to it. In my opinion, the Poco X2 is still one of the best phones under Rs 20,000 in India right now.
