To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . 这款设备拿在手上不久你就会意识到它不足100欧元（约734人民币）的低廉手机没有给联想多少为它搭配高品质部件的空间。不过，选择一块色彩偏蓝的低对比度TN屏幕和拍摄效果模糊的相机让我们感觉十分难以接受，即使是实惠型设备也不应如此差。联想B的性能表现和同类设备十分相近，电池续航也中规中矩，不过它的电池可以方便地更换。但是它的较长充电用时也不能算是个优势。

尽管对于入门级设备的期待和需求都比较低，但是市场上一些其他设备却提供了更高的性价比：更大容量的闪存，更好的相机和屏幕。联想B的小巧尺寸可能会让它适合青少年。尽管它的表现中规中矩，但在同类产品中无法脱颖而出。
