The Acer Aspire Vero 15 (AV15-53P) is an eco-friendly device that has a very good cooling solution for its class. The thermal system with two fans and a duo of heat pipes offers low noise levels under heavy CPU loads. In this case, the optional Core i5-1335U can maintain 2.50 GHz for the P cores and 1.94 GHz for the E cores which is an astonishing result. In addition, the temperatures are always always low. The lid that acts as a lever for the back of the base also helps for the good thermals. The 16:9 1080p IPS display impresses with 98% sRGB coverage and comfortable viewing angles. The unit is PWM-free and its color accuracy can reach an average dE score of just 1.5 which thanks to our “Design and Gaming” profile.
