MX150的后继产品，仍基于相同的Pascal GP108芯片（类似于台式机GT 1030），但频率更高。有两种版本，正常的25瓦版本和具有10瓦TDP且性能降低的低功率版本。 25瓦版本，有着MX150高21％的睿频，从而使性能提高5％。
