So, if you are looking for a laptop that is sleek, lightweight, and offers a great display and decent overall performance, the Galaxy Book 2 Pro is a good option only if you have the money to spend. I personally believe if Samsung had priced this one slightly on the lower side, it would have been easier to recommend the Galaxy Book 2 to people looking for a laptop for average work. The Galaxy Book 2 Pro is definitely not for gamers. If you do have a budget of around 1 lakh, the MacBook Air M1 appears to be a better option in my opinion, but that's only if consumers are used to the macOS interface or can get used to it. In comparison, the Galaxy Book 2 Pro running on Windows 11 with few customisations is much easier to use.

Samsung might be new to the Indian laptop market but it's no stranger to premium devices. In terms of design, the Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 is extremely impressive. It feels fresh, slick, and futuristic and I was repeatedly surprised by how light it is when I picked it up over the course of the review period. The spec sheet checks a lot of boxes and the 2-in-1 functionality is just nice to have even if you aren't specifically looking for it. Performance is great for an ultraportable and battery life deserves a special shoutout, but when it comes to actual usability, there are various small niggles and one big issue – heat. I had trouble using this laptop when out and about because it was just too hot to work with on my lap. I also needed to take breaks when typing. When I wanted to relax and use it as a tablet, I had to hold it in very specific ways and stick to basic tasks. Despite being so light, this 2-in-1 can't match the sheer convenience of a tablet. Priced at Rs 1,20,990 (for the Core i7 model), Samsung Galaxy Book2 360 certainly doesn’t come cheap, but that’s not too surprising given everything it brings to the table in terms of design, build, performance and features. The Core i5 version can be had for Rs 1,15,990. I do wish the hinges were a tad stiffer and the laptop had more ports, but barring these, the complaints I have with it are tiny niggles compared to the positives it brings. And there are lots, including a svelte, highly portable design, strong performance, a gorgeous screen, and more. Suffice it to say that Samsung’s re-entry into the laptop segment in India is a strong one, and while time will tell how things go for the brand as far as this particular arena is concerned, it could be time for others to worry.

At this point, however, Lenovo's Yoga 9i delivers on Samsung's promise and then some, with a powerful 12th-gen Core chip, a high-resolution (3,840 x 2,160) display option, and a superior keyboard. It also offers a 360-degree convertible chassis as well as a relatively comparable price point. To be fair, though, Samsung's 15.6-inch display is significantly larger and it emphasizes inking with the included S Pen. Samsung's Galaxy Book Pro 360 5G convertible laptop included a 5G chip, which helped carve it out a viable niche as a device for working on the go. The Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 certainly improves upon that laptop's performance, but I tend to grade laptops on usability, performance, battery life, and the display. The latter three stand out to some extent, but the keyboard is somewhat lackluster.

Like last year's model, the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 makes a strong case for Samsung laptops. As we've seen in this review, it has all the features folks want from a work and everyday laptop, including a large and vibrant screen, roomy keyboard and speedy performance. It's on par with other 2-in-1 devices and dedicated laptops. Though a rock-solid device, those who own the original Galaxy Book Pro 360 don't need to upgrade to this latest iteration. Yes, it runs better based on our testing, but last year's model still makes for a great work and recreational machine. The minor improvements aren't worth it if you have the 2021 iteration. Despite the middling webcam and Samsung bloatware, the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 has a lot going for it and is a 2-in-1 we highly recommend to those who are in the market for a powerful, portable laptop that pairs nicely with Samsung devices.

I liked the Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 after a week of use. There’s a certain feel to it that appeals to me, especially writers and bloggers. The responsive screen, S Pen compatibility, terrific keyboard and long battery life all make the Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 closer to a perfect notebook, but my reason for getting excited about this device is its ultra-portability. I feel the Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 will appeal to those people who want a laptop as portable as the iPad Pro but in a traditional form factor. The only thing you need to consider before buying the Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 is the price. At Rs 120,990 you are paying a price for portability and long battery life.

The Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 is the 2022 edition of Samsung’s 360 degree convertible ultrabook, once again available in 13.3” and 15.6” sizes. Both have excellent OLED display, Intel 12th gen processors, a Wacom EMR S Pen included in the box and a premium aluminum casing. We look at the larger model, which is exceptionally light and thin despite its size. The laptop is great for drawing and painting as well as photo editing. It has Wi-Fi 6E, a fingerprint scanner, the usual 1mm low travel keyboard, AKG stereo speakers, Thunderbolt 4 and USB-C plus a microSD card slot but no USB-A ports.

And you're getting the same rather slim selection of physical ports, too, with just three USB-C ports (one of which is Thunderbolt 4), one 3.5mm headphone jack and a microSD card slot. That's disappointing, especially considering that one will be occupied by the charger at least some of the time.
