The performance is decent and relatively fast thanks to its Snapdragon 450 chipset and 3GB RAM. The camera, on the other hand, is a roller coaster ride as the overall rear photos are sub-par to par only while the front camera is decent and good. Lastly, its battery life is impressive since it lasts longer than most competing smartphones in this price segment.

The new phone compliments the company’s Y6 Pro 2019 that’s aimed at the lower-end of the sub 10K market, and wants to draw in consumers with its large screen, pretty exterior and higher than average battery endurance. Priced at Php Php 9,990, it’s a legitimate challenger to budget big-batteried offerings of its rivals like ASUS’ ZenFone Max M2.
