联想最新推出的ThinkPad Helix 2延续了前代产品的平板笔记本整合型设备的理念。这让它难以避免地需要在硬件配置上做出让步，不过归功于新一代的处理器平台，它的整体表现有了很大改观。
节能的Core M-5Y71不仅在散热需求上让人惊喜（它仅需被动散热），同时它优秀的性能也可以满足所有办公和多媒体应用的需要。在功效上的提升对于电池续航来说也是一件好事，它仅凭内置的35Wh电池就可以轻松实现6小时的续航时间。搭配可选的Ultrabook Pro键盘底座它还可以更加持久，不过这会为它增加200欧元的成本（相比我们评测的非专业版键盘），不过相对的你可以得到一块附加电池，指点杆，和可旋转屏幕转轴。
说到这里我们不得不提它最大的问题所在：高昂的售价。我们的测试机型目前售价高达1400欧元，尽管它的部件十分优秀（8GB内存，256GB固态硬盘，LTE模组），性价比仍然不佳。再加上它的机身稳定性和工艺质量很难达到联想声称的“高端”水准，它的售价就让人更难以接受了。不过至少它一如既往的出色ThinkPad键盘可以多少弥补一些缺憾。
最后，我们来看一看它的竞争对手们：潜在的Helix 2消费者可能也会考虑以前提到过的戴尔Venue 11 Pro，和微软Surface Pro 3。戴尔的这款设备在性价比上表现出色，而Surface则或许可以通过做工精良的机身来吸引一些Helix的潜在用户。
