尽管惠普选择的方向很好，但遗憾的是和其他一些型号一样的细节上的疏忽让Envy 15-k010ng也没能获得更高的分数。一块TN屏幕更像是入门级笔记本产品的配置而非是售价近1000欧元（约7815人民币）的多媒体笔记本的配置，尽管它的亮度非常高。惠普也没有成功地在对这类产品十分重要的音响效果方面做得很好，尽管采用了Beats Audio的扬声器。
它最引人关注的方面在于时尚优质的机身和核心硬件的强大性能，同时它在运行中保持了安静和清凉。GeForce GTX 850M略有降低的频率让它相比其他的版本性能稍低，不过这在实际游戏体验中很难察觉。它的输入设备十分易用，它艺术级的输入设备设计和超快的固态硬盘也值得赞赏。我们很难向读者推荐这款产品。尽管它们的分数都旗鼓相当，很多同类产品相比惠普的Envy都有很多缺点，不过它们更好的屏幕完全可以弥补这些缺点而更值得考虑。
