MediaPad M2 8.0是华为的一款优秀8寸平板设备，提供了非常优秀的先吃型号。我们也很喜欢它强劲而节能的八核处理器和最新显卡。新颖而易用的安卓5.1.1与Emotion 3.1用户界面也是它的优势之一。高品质的金属机身和明亮、高对比的高分辨率IPS屏幕都十分吸引眼球。值得称赞的还有高速Wi-Fi ac标准和准确的GPS模组。它提供了对USB OTG和App2SD以及micro-SD卡的支持，这让它可以最多的到128 GB的额外存储空间。音响效果优秀的扬声器和清凉的表面温度都让它给我们带来了更加全面的整体印象。
它最大的问题可能是一般的相机表现，尤其是在弱光环境之下的性能让人无法满意，同时它的电池无法更换。
有些被过度使用的“高性价比”这个形容词从来没有像用在在华为MediaPad M2 8.0身上这样贴切过。它是非常值得沙发上网族选择的优秀产品。
需要更加优秀产品的用户可以参考售价稍高的三星Galaxy Tab S2 8.0。
